Senate House offers a range of student accommodation options, including single rooms and shared rooms with communal bathroom facilities. A generator provides added practicality, while a dedicated study venue gives Senate House another useful feature for students who want somewhere to focus beyond their room.

Having a choice between single and shared accommodation means you can choose a setup that suits the way you prefer to live. A single room gives you your own personal space for studying and unwinding, while shared accommodation brings a more social element to the everyday experience.

As part of the MSA Student Lifestyle Campus in Midrand, Senate House also gives you access to the wider campus environment, where there’s much more to student life than your residence alone.

When You Need to Focus, There’s Space for That

Finding the right student accommodation is about more than choosing a room. It’s also about having an environment that supports the different demands of student life, from getting through assignments and preparing for exams to taking time out and connecting with other people.

Senate House has a dedicated study venue, giving residents an additional space where they can concentrate, work through assignments or settle in for a focused study session. Across the wider MSA campus, high-speed 5G connectivity and dedicated study spaces add further options when you need to get things done.

And when the work is finished, there’s a different side of campus waiting. Students can make use of sporting and fitness facilities, swimming pools, landscaped outdoor spaces and social areas. Dining facilities provide places to eat and unwind, while self-catering kitchens and laundry facilities take care of some of the everyday practicalities of living independently.

The MSA campus also includes an on-site convenience store and regular student events, creating more opportunities to meet people and get involved. With 24-hour security, controlled access and CCTV monitoring, Senate House sits within a secure and well-managed student environment.

Whether you’re heading to the study venue for a productive afternoon or stepping out to enjoy everything happening around campus, Senate House gives you a solid base for making the most of student life. Enjoy access to a host of facilities, including:
